How do you create your illustrations?
I am a digital illustrator. This means that none of my illustrations are drawn by hand on actual paper. I create my images on a computer screen with software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and certain other applications. My illustrations are also partially made with AI (artificial intelligence).
Do you print out the art yourself?
No, I just don't have the right equipment for creating high quality fine art prints. Therefore I let MyPoster, an online printing company for artists and photographers that is based all over Europe, print out my art. They use high quality, acid-free, handmade Hahnemühle fine art paper and a special digital 12 color printing technique to turn my illustrations into physical art prints.
Where do you ship to & how long does it take?
I ship worldwide, and shipping is free for every customer. Your art print will be carefully packaged in a sturdy cardboard envelope and will be shipped with the service of PostNL (the Dutch postal service).
Please allow for around 1-3 weeks to arrive when you live in Europe, and 1-4 weeks to arrive when you live outside of Europe. Because of the size of the envelope this is considered letter post by PostNL and track and trace is not available for this service.
I ordered a print but it arrived damaged, now what?
While I do my best to package your print very well, you never know what happens on the journey to your address. So if you receive a damaged product, or you are for some other reason not pleased with your product, please get in touch with me via the contact option on top of the page and we'll work this out.
I ordered a print but it didn't arrive, now what?
If you live in the Netherlands, your print should arrive within 5 business days from ordering. If you live in Europe, your print should arrive within 21 days from ordering. If you live outside Europe, your print should arrive within 28 days from ordering. If that time has passed and you haven't received anything, please get in touch with me via the contact option on top of the page and we'll work this out.
Are you available for commissioned artwork & licensing of artwork?
It feels best for me to create only what naturally rises up from my heart, so I’m not taking on any commissioned projects. Should you wish to use my artwork for your own (commercial) projects, then please check out my other webshop The Dutch Lady Designs. Here you will find illustrations that may be used commercially.
